O-X Studio is a growing firm in Ann Arbor, MI that works in nearly all fields, including health care, residential, adaptive reuse and hospitality. When I began there, we were only 3 people; when I moved out of Michigan the firm had grown to 15. I worked on a variety of projects there, including boutique restaurants, residential renovations, health clinics, and large-scale offices for local automotive manufacturers. In addition, I was able to exercise my interest in digital fabrication to design and build custom lighting for select projects.

For a short time after graduating, I worked as a model fabricator at HOK's flagship model shop in St. Louis. I used both hand-fabrication and digital techniques, including programming and operating the CNC router for site models.
